What counts as a question and a scan
A question (also called a prompt) is one thing you want AI assistants to answer, such as "What are the best tools for tracking brand visibility in AI?". Your plan sets how many questions you can track; the table above lists the limits.
A scan sends each of your questions to every covered assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini) and records every answer. Scheduled scans run weekly on Starter and daily on Pro and Agency. You can also run a scan by hand, up to 10 a day on Starter, 30 on Pro and 60 to 100 on Agency.
Each answer is stored with the exact version of the question that produced it, so editing a question later does not change past results.
